What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We need these to deliver your suit, send order updates and contact you if something about the order needs attention.

Card payments are processed by Yoco. Your card number is entered on Yoco's secure page and never reaches our systems. We receive only a payment reference and the amount.

If you choose EFT, your bank shows us the payment reference and amount; we do not see your banking details.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, and to keep records that the law requires us to keep (tax and accounting).

We do not sell or share your information for marketing. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who sees it

Our courier receives your name, phone number and address so they can deliver. Yoco receives the order amount and reference. Our hosting and email providers process the data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Analytics

We use cookieless analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not identify you, and no consent banner is needed under POPIA for this kind of aggregate measurement.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for five years to meet tax requirements, then deleted. You can ask us to correct or delete your information sooner where the law allows.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us or on WhatsApp and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
